Kroger Shopping

Well I finally made it to Kroger to do some shopping during their Mega Event. I LOOOOVVVE it when there are good coupons and catalina deals to go along with the Mega Events.

I went shopping over my lunch hour. I always love it when things work out when you are couponing. My cashier was awesome, she was very cautious making sure she got all my coupons and the gentleman behind me was a hoot. He told me that the government should make the stores lower prices and do away with coupons because it just legalized robbery. He was quite impressed though when my $60.00 total went down to $7.26!!! Yes thats an 88% savings! I loved it and I earned a $3.50 catalina to use later. Ok so the quality of the picture isn't that good. I apologize for that. I took it using my phone, I promise next time will be better.

Ok so I did this all in one transaction:
Butterfinger candybar
 -used free coupon from Facebook received a while ago
Kraft Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
 -used free coupon received in mail
2 Cheetos
 -used 2 .50 off coupons found at gas station
3 Sunny D's
 -used $1.00 off 3
2 Gardetto's Snack Mix
 -used 2 .50 off coupons plus Cellfire .50 off each one
2 Chex Mix snacks
 -used 2 .50 off coupons plus Cellfire and Shortcuts .50 came off
1 Bugels Carmel Snack
 -used .50 off coupon
1 Pillsbury chocolate brownies
 -used $1.00 coupon plus Cellfire took $1.00 off
4 Sunkist 2-liters
 -used 2 $1.00 when you buy 2 2 liters plus Kroger deal of buy 3 get 1 free
5 boxes various Nature Valley Granola bars
 -used .50 on each one plus had Cellfire or Shortcuts took an additional $1.75 off and I earned a $3.50 catalina!
My Kroger doubles up to .50 cents and I had 16 products for the Mega Event so that automatically took off $8.00.
